An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 18, 2022, and said appeal having been perfected, And an order of this Court having been entered on September 29, 2022 (M-2022-03366/03516), relieving Nicole Riordan, Esq., as assigned counsel for the subject child, and appointing Steven N. Feinman, Esq., as counsel for the subject child for the purposes of responding to the appeal, pursuant to the same terms and conditions, with the same compensation, and at the same rate of pay, as set forth in the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, dated May 07, 2021, which originally assigned Nicole Riordan, Esq., And Steven N. Feinman, Esq., attorney for the subject child having moved for an order: (a) directing defendant-appellant mother to immediately remit payment to him of $3,018.75, representing her share of the fees for the services rendered by counsel in responding to the appeal; and (b) directing and allowing Steven N. Feinman, Esq., counsel for the subject child, to accept all outstanding legal fees due and owing him from plaintiff-respondent father, notwithstanding defendant-appellant mother's failure to pay the legal fees owed by her (M-2022-04666),

And defendant-appellant mother having cross moved for an order relieving Steven N. Feinman, Esq. as assigned counsel for the subject child, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 7.2(d), and for reassignment of counsel for the subject child, from the 18B counsel panel (M-2022-04800), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion of Steven N. Feinman, Esq., attorney for the subject child, is granted to the extent of directing defendant-appellant mother to immediately comply with this Court's September 29, 2022 order (M-2022-03366/03516) by remitting to counsel the amount of $3,018.75 representing her share of counsel's legal fees, and in addition, Steven N. Feinman, Esq., counsel for the subject child is directed to accept all outstanding legal fees owed by either party (M-2022-04666), and

It is further ordered that defendant-appellant mother's cross motion is denied (M-2022-04800).
