This appeal is dismissed as from a nonfinal nonappealable order.

Appellee Reliance Bank's motion for appellate attorney's fees is provisionally granted subject to Reliance Bank's prevailing in the circuit court on remand.

Appellee Reliance Bank's stipulated motion for extension of time to file answer brief is denied as moot.
