DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by appellants to consolidate appeals from orders of the City Court of Yonkers, Westchester County, dated August 11, 2020, and July 1, 2022, respectively, and separate motions for a stay of eviction pending determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that, on the court's own motion, the motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further, ORDERED that the motions for a stay pending determination of the appeal are denied; and it is further, ORDERED that the motion to consolidate the two above-captioned appeals is granted to the extent that appellants may serve and file an original and four copies of a single appellants' brief and a single reproduced record on appeal bearing both appeal numbers, and there shall be oral argument, if requested, on both appeals at the same time; and it is further, ORDERED that, on the court's own motion, appellants' time to perfect the appeals are hereby extended, and the appeals shall be perfected on or before March 3, 2023; and it is further, ORDERED that in the event the appeals are not perfected by March 3, 2023, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeals, or respondent may move, on three days' notice, to dismiss the appeals, and may serve such application upon appellants in person.
