Order unanimously modified so as to eliminate the provisions thereof adjudging the corporation C. J. Falletta, Inc., in contempt and fining it and, as so modified, affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the respondent. There is no showing in this record that the corporate defendant participated in the acts violative of the injunction. Settle order on notice.
