This case is scheduled to be called at the October 17, 2022, session of the Court in San Francisco, California. On October 7, 2022, the Court held a call with the parties. On that call, counsel for the Commissioner suggested a continuance to allow the Commissioner time to consider a Form SS-8, Determination of Worker Status for Purposes of Federal Employment Taxes and Income Tax Withholding, that Mr. Gorin recently submitted. Mr. Gorin agreed with the suggestion of a continuance. Accordingly, it is
