MARSHALL LEE GORE Petitioner(s) v. RICK SCOTT, ET AL. Respondent(s)

To the extent that petitioner seeks a writ of prohibition, the petition is hereby denied. See Sutton v. State, 975 So. 2d 1073, 1076 (Fla. 2008); English v. McCrary, 348 So. 2d 293, 296 (Fla. 1977). To the extent that petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus, petitioner has failed to show a clear legal right to the relief requested. Accordingly, he is not entitled to mandamus relief. See Huffman v. State, 813 So. 2d 10, 11 (Fla. 2000). POLSTON, C.J., and PARIENTE, LEWIS, QUINCE, CANADY, LABARGA, and PERRY, JJ., concur. A True Copy
