The Mandate of this Court was stayed by the United States Supreme Court and this Court has received an Order from the United States Supreme Court to transfer the record to it. in view of this Order, we direct the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit in and for Leon County, Florida to immediately transmit the record, including the ballots, to this Court.
