Appeal from the District Court of the United States for the Southern District of New York.

After confirmation of an arrangement under chapter XI of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 701 et seq., the debtor moved to reopen the proceedings and to direct a reference for the purpose of distributing a fund to the persons legally entitled thereto. From an order dismissing the motion for lack of jurisdiction, the debtor appeals.
