Tony Darius Goodwin, Appellant, v. State of Florida, Appellee.

Jessica J. Yeary, Public Defender, and Kevin P. Steiger, Assistant Public Defender, Tallahassee, for Appellant. Ashley Moody, Attorney General, and Daren L. Shippy, Assistant Attorney General, Tallahassee, for Appellee.

Not final until disposition of any timely and authorized motion under Fla. R. App. P. 9.330 or 9.331.

On appeal from the Circuit Court for Escambia County. Jan Shackelford, Judge.

Jessica J. Yeary, Public Defender, and Kevin P. Steiger, Assistant Public Defender, Tallahassee, for Appellant.

PER CURIAM.

Affirmed. See Joseph v. State, 296 So.3d 962 (Fla. 1st DCA 2020) (holding that trial court did not abuse its discretion in refusing to strike jury panel based on comments from prospective juror); see also Steiger v. State, 328 So.3d 926 (Fla. 2021) (holding that unpreserved claims of ineffective assistance of trial counsel cannot be raised on direct appeal unless fundamental error is shown).

Roberts, Ray, and Bilbrey, JJ., concur.
