This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's Columbus, Ohio, remote trial session, which is scheduled to begin January 31, 2022. On December 10, 2021, the Commissioner filed a motion for continuance. In his motion, the Commissioner states that petitioners Steve and Kathy Good do not object to the continuance of this case. We will grant the relief. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's motion for continuance filed December 10, 2021, is granted, and this case is continued from the above-referenced remote trial session and restored to the general docket.
