This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's Columbus, Ohio, remote trial session, which is scheduled to begin January 31, 2022. On December 10, 2021, the Commissioner filed a motion for continuance. In his motion, the Commissioner states that petitioners Steve and Kathy Good do not object to the continuance of this case.
