On May 30, 2024, this court notified the district clerk by letter that the clerk's record was late and instructed the district clerk to file the record by July 1, 2024. As of the date of this order, neither the clerk's record nor a notification of late record has been filed.

We ORDER the district clerk to file either the record or a notification of late record by July 18, 2024.
