PER CURIAM
This cause is before the Court on appellant's fourth motion for extension of time to file the brief. Appellant's brief was originally due to be filed on May 15, 2023, and appellant was previously granted three extensions. On September 12, 2023, appellant's new counsel, the Honorable Diamond DeLeon made an appearance in this matter. On September 22, 2023, we granted appellant's third motion for extension of time to file the brief instructing appellant's counsel that no further extensions will be granted absent new and exigent circumstances.
The Court, having fully examined and considered appellant's fourth motion for extension of time to file the brief and the extensions previously granted in this cause, is of the opinion that, in the interest of justice, appellant's fourth motion for extension of time to file the brief should be granted by order. Appellant's counsel is instructed that FURTHER MOTIONS FOR EXTENSION OF TIME WILL NOT BE GRANTED ABSENT NEW AND EXIGENT CIRCUMSTANCES.
Appellee's fourth motion for extension of time to file the brief is hereby granted, and the Honorable Diamond DeLeon, counsel for appellant, is ordered to file the appellant's brief with this Court on or before November 13, 2023.
