The Court GRANTS the Appellant's fifth motion for extension of time to file the brief until November 16, 2015. NO FURTHER MOTIONS FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE THE APPELLANT'S BRIEF WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THIS COURT.
It is further ORDERED that the Hon. Ruben P. Morales, the Appellant's Attorney, prepare the Appellant's brief and forward the same to this Court on or before November 16, 2015.
Please note that the supplemental reporter's record which was requested by Appellant's Counsel has been filed. However, Mary Elizabeth Bonney, Court Reporter, has advised this Court that there was no record taken in regards to the motion to quash which was also requested by Appellant's Counsel.
