Following review of the petition alleging ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, it is ordered that said petition is hereby denied as to the allegations of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, and dismissed as to the allegation of ineffective assistance of trial counsel without prejudice to petitioner raising the issue before the trial court.

SALTER, FERNANDEZ and LOGUE, JJ., concur.
