ORDER
Before the Court is appellee's November 15, 2016 motion to dismiss for want of prosecution. We DENY appellee's motion.
Our record indicates that appellants attempted to file their brief on August 8, 2016. However, the brief was not filed because it was not text-searchable and did not comply with TEX. R. APP. P. 9. To date, appellants have not filed a corrected brief.
Accordingly, we ORDER appellants to file their brief within TEN DAYS from the date of this order. Failure to file the brief within the specified time stated above will result in dismissal of this appeal. TEX. R. APP. P. 38.8(a)(1).
