MARIA GONZALEZ, Appellant v. GLO-NITE, Appellee

On Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 4 Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. CC-22-00998-D

ORDER

CRAIG SMITH, JUSTICE

The reporter's record in this appeal is overdue. By postcard dated June 29, 2022, we directed court reporter Coral L. Hough to file, within thirty days, either the record or written verification no record existed or had been requested. To date, Ms. Hough has not complied or otherwise communicated with the Court. Accordingly, we ORDER Ms. Hough to file the record or requested verification no later than August 31, 2022. Because the clerk's record includes a statement of inability to pay costs and nothing reflects the trial court has ordered appellant to pay costs, any record shall be filed without payment of costs. See Tex. R. Civ. P. 145(f).

We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Hough and the parties.
