This case is currently calendared on the Court's New York, New York, trial session, scheduled to begin April 25, 2022.

On March 10, 2022, the Commissioner filed a motion to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute. We will ask the petitioners Jorge A. Gonzalez and Daisy L. Lopez to file a response. If the petitioners do not file a response, the Court may grant the Commissioner's motion and enter a decision against them. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 4, 2022, the petitioners shall file a response to the Commissioner's motion to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute.
