ORDER

Alina I. Marshall, Judge

This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on June 6, 2022, for cases in which Salt Lake City, Utah, is the place of trial.

On March 3, 2022, the parties filed a document titled "Answer". After review of that filing, the Court concludes that the parties' document is a signed proposed decision document. Accordingly, the Court will recharacterize the parties' filing appropriately.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is
