ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

On July 29, 2021, petitioner filed with the Court an application for waiver of filing fee. An application for waiver of filing fee is to be signed by the taxpayer under penalties of perjury, however, petitioner's application is unsigned. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's application for waiver of filing fee is denied. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before August 23, 2021, petitioner shall either pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee or submit a signed application for waiver of filing fee for consideration. If the filing fee (or application for waiver) is not received by that date, this case may be dismissed.
