ORDER

This case for the redetermination of a deficiency is before the Court on respondent's motion for continuance, filed February 16, 2024, and heard on May 7, 2024, when the case was recalled from the calendar for trial in New York, New York. Counsel for the parties appeared and advised the Court that there is a reasonable expectation that the case will be settled if the parties are given additional time to continue settlement discussions. The parties also advised that there was no need for the undersigned to retain jurisdiction over the case.

Premises considered, and for cause appearing more fully in the transcript of the above-referenced proceedings, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion is granted, and this case is continued generally.
