This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on March 4, 2024, in San Antonio, Texas.

On February 9, 2024, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report. Respondent informed the Court that the parties have reached a basis of settlement, and computations have been requested. Respondent requested sixty (60) days in which to submit decision documents.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on March 4, 2024, in San Antonio, Texas and continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 22, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court decision documents or a further status report informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
