ORDER

ADAM B. LANDY SPECIAL TRIAL JUDGE

This case is presently calendared for trial at the Court's December 5, 2022, Dallas, Texas trial session.

On November 14, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. In the motion, respondent states that petitioner has been nonresponsive to his communication attempts to resolve this case.

Upon due consideration of respondent's motion and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 30, 2022, petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed November 14, 2022. Failure to file an objection may result in the Court granting respondent's motion.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
