Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Polk County, ELIZA J. OVROM, Judge.

The petitioner appeals from the district court's ruling on judicial review affirming the workers' compensation commissioner's review — reopening decision denying the petitioner additional worker's compensation benefits. AFFIRMED.
