ORDER OF DISMISSAL

At a case-management conference on March 13, 2003, plaintiff Richard Gong demonstrated that he had not properly served the defendants and was given seven calendar days to do so or have the case dismissed. He was ordered to return on March 20, 2003, at 11:00 a.m. and state whether he had done so. The matter was called at the appointed time on March 20. Mr. Gong was not present, nor was he present at the end of the calendar (11:35 p.m.). Accordingly, this case is DISMISSED for lack of prosecution, lack of timely service, and for failure to appear.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
