ORDER
By order dated July 12, 2013, appellant was ordered to provide written proof to this court that either (1) the clerk's fee had been paid or arrangements had been made to pay the clerk's fee; or (2) appellant is entitled to appeal without paying the clerk's fee. On July 18, 2013, appellant filed written proof in this court that payment arrangements have been made, and the fee for preparing the clerk's record will be paid in four installments every two weeks beginning August 1, 2013. It is therefore ORDERED that appellant provide written proof to this court of the payment of each installment no later than five days after each installment is due to be paid. It is FURTHER ORDERED that the clerk's record must be filed no later than twenty days after the date written proof is filed in this court showing that the final installment has been paid.
Appellant is again reminded that he failed to respond to this court's prior order dated June 5, 2013, regarding payment for the reporter's record. Based on the prior order, if the appeal proceeds without further action by appellant regarding the reporter's record, the court will consider only those issues or points raised in appellant's brief that do not require a reporter's record for a decision. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(c).
