This Court issued an order in May 2019, abating the appeal and remanding to the trial court for preparation of findings of fact and conclusions of law concerning the trial court's denial of appellant's motion to suppress. On July 26, 2019, a supplemental clerk's record was filed containing the signed findings and conclusions.
Accordingly, we reinstate the appeal on the active docket. Appellant filed a motion for a 30-day extension of time to file his brief. The motion is granted. Appellant's brief is due 30 days from the date of this order.
