ORDER
On July 8, 2020, after appellant and appellees EmCare Holdings, Inc., Poppy Drive Inpatient Services, P.L.L.C., Farah Masood, M.D., and Shahram Sani, M.D. informed the Court they had settled their dispute but needed additional time to finalize the settlement documents, we suspended the briefing deadline and ordered a status report be filed no later than August 7, 2020. In accordance with our order, appellant has filed a letter informing the Court the settlement is finalized and she will dismiss the appeal against EmCare, Poppy Drive, Masood, and Sani upon funding. Appellant also informs the Court she is attempting to finalize her dispute with the remaining appellees. Appellant requests the briefing deadline remain suspended for an additional thirty days to allow for the settlement funding and additional negotiations with the remaining appellees.
We GRANT the request and ORDER appellant to file a motion to dismiss the appeal and/or status report no later than September 8, 2020. The briefing deadline remains suspended.
