ORDER

Alina I. Marshall, Judge.

This case is calendared for an in-person trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on May 15, 2023, for cases in which Columbia, South Carolina, is the place of trial.

The Court reminds the parties that, pursuant to the Court's standing pretrial order served January 24, 2023, the parties must provide the Court with current contact information.

To facilitate communication with the Court and between the parties, and to successfully conduct the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 10, 2023, the parties shall file a joint status report setting forth the parties' (1) current and best telephone numbers, (2) current and best email addresses, (3) current mailing addresses, and (4) views, if any, as to whether they prefer an in-person trial or a trial conducted remotely via Zoomgov.

Petitioners who currently file in paper form and/or receive paper service from the Court are encouraged to register for electronic access (eAccess) by emailing dawson.support@ustaxcourt.gov. A petitioner who registers for eAccess may electronically file and view documents in his or her case.
