STIPULATION AND ORDER DISMISSING ENTIRE ACTION (INCLUDING DEFENDANT'S COUNTER-CLAIM) WITH PREJUDICE
Defendant and Counter-Plaintiff Sony Electronics, Inc., and Plaintiff and Counter-Defendant Art Goldstein have entered into a Settlement Agreement ("Agreement") to resolve all claims in this case, including all claims brought by Plaintiff and the counter-claim filed by Defendant. Under the terms of that Agreement, the parties have agreed that an executed dismissal of the Plaintiffs case and the counter-claim with prejudice must be filed after the Agreement becomes effective. Therefore, the parties request that this Court enter this stipulation and dismissal with prejudice.
IT IS SO STIPULATED.
ORDER
Having considered the foregoing Stipulation, and good cause appearing therefor, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the case entitled Art Goldstein v. Sony Electronics, Inc., Case No. C 02-02490 WHA, is dismissed with prejudice.
