ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

On September 11, 2023, this court issued a notice directing appellant, among other things, to file a transcript request form or certificate that no transcripts will be requested by September 25, 2023, and the docketing statement by October 2, 2023. When appellant failed to file the docketing statement and transcript request form, this court issued an order on October 23, 2023, directing appellant to file the docketing statement and a transcript request form or certificate that no transcripts will be requested by October 30, 2023. The order cautioned appellant that failure to comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. NRAP 9(a)(7) ; NRAP 14(c). To date, appellant has failed to file those documents or to otherwise communicate with this court. Accordingly, this court concludes that appellant has abandoned this appeal and

ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
