AGENCY, § 203compensation, evidence in action for. In action by private detective for services allegedly rendered defendant insurance company in determining whether certain insurance policies had been procured by fraud, evidence showed that plaintiff was hired by a third person, an attorney, to make such investigation, and could only look to such attorney for payment.

Appeal from Municipal Court of Chicago; Hon. EDWARD P. LUCZAK, presiding.

Reversed. Heard in second division, first district, this court at June term, 1940.
