Hamilton App. No. C-110106. This cause is pending before the Court as a discretionary appeal and claimed appeal of right.
Upon consideration of appellant's expedited motion for stay to prevent adverse action on December 2, 2011, it is ordered by the court that the motion is granted. The supersedeas bond posted by appellant shall remain on deposit with the Clerk of Courts of Hamilton County.
