ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On October 23, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Proposed Stipulated Decision. Upon review of the proposed decision, the Court notes that the document filed as a proposed stipulated decision includes an additional page that is not part of the proposed stipulated decision which include an unredacted taxpayer identification number.

Rule 27(a), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure, provides that the parties shall refrain from including taxpayer identification number in filings made with the Court.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties Joint Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed October 23, 2023, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case and is sealed and shall not be inspected by any person or entity not a party to this case, except by Order of the Court.
