Reversed on the authority of, and remanded for further proceedings consistent with Sig M. Glukstad, Inc. v. Lineas Aereas Paraguayas, 619 F.2d 457 (5th Cir. 1980).

The trial judge appropriately relied on the federal district court decision in the cited case, which was reversed while this one was on appeal.
