MICHAEL DONELL GLOVER, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 86th Judicial District Court Kaufman County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 22-50009-86-F

ORDER

DENNISE GARCIA JUSTICE

We REINSTATE this appeal.

On June 29, 2023, this Court struck the clerk's record filed June 28, 2023, because it contained confidential information, and we abated the appeal and ordered the trial court to make determinations about the clerk's record and to sign a sealing order if necessary. On June 30, 2023, the Kaufman County District Clerk refiled the clerk's record without the confidential information. Accordingly, we VACATE all portions of the June 29, 2023 order except for that portion of the order striking the clerk's record filed June 28, 2023.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Casey Blair, Presiding Judge, 86th Judicial District Court; Rhonda Hughey, Clerk of the District/County Court at Law of Kaufman County; and counsel for all parties.
