This Court's Opinion and Order dated June 9, 2005 is amended by inserting the words "commissions on" between the word "of" and the word "about" on the third line from the bottom of page 3, making that line read as follows: "their establishments, out of commissions on about $1,800,000 (id. p. 526):".
