This is an appeal from a judgment signed June 30, 2016. On May 19, 2017, the parties filed a joint notice of settlement, asking that we dismiss the appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1). No opinion has issued.
Accordingly, we grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a), 43.2(f). We dismiss any other pending motions as moot
