This case was set for trial at the Court's April 11, 2022, Detroit, Michigan Trial Session.

On March 18, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. By order served March 21, 2022, the Court ordered petitioners to file an objection to respondent's motion and set respondent's motion for hearing. On April 11, 2022, the parties submitted a Proposed Stipulated Decision resolving all issues for taxable year 2018. As a result, the Court will enter the Stipulated Decision into the record in due course.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed March 18, 2022, is hereby denied as moot.
