For the reasons stated in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion, it is this 18^th day of August 2010, ORDERED that:

1. The Bank's motion for summary judgment (Paper No. 27) BE, and HEREBY IS, GRANTED:

a. The Refinance Mortgage granted to the Bank, recorded November 30, 2007 in Liber 19708 at folio 619 in the Land Records for Anne Arundel County, Maryland has priority over the Defendants' liens; and

2. The Clerk shall send copies of the Memorandum Opinion and this Order to counsel for the parties.
