JUDGMENT
Whereas the above-captioned action having come before this Court, and the matter having come before the Honorable Deborah A. Batts, United States District Judge, and the Court, on January 20, 2005, having rendered its Order dismissing the appeal for failure to file in a timely fashion, it is,
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED: That for the reasons stated in the Court's Order dated January 20, 2005, the appeal is dismissed for failure to file in a timely fashion.
