In re: Alphonse Mortgage Company, a partnership composed of/and A. Lester Sarpy, Mrs. Thelma A. Sarpy and Mrs. Sarah D. Hirschwitz applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Orleans.
