Defendants-appellants-respondents having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect their appeals taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about May 24, 2018, and two orders of the same Court, both entered on or about October 10, 2018, (M-3796) And plaintiff-respondent-appellant having cross-moved for an enlargement of time to perfect his appeals taken from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 10, 2018 (Mot. Seq. 11), and the aforementioned judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about May 24, 2018, (M-6866), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion (M-3796) and cross motion (M-6866) are granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeals and cross-appeals to the February 2020 Term, with no further enlargements to be granted.
