Order dismissing the complaint and the judgment entered thereon reversed on the law, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion denied, upon the ground that the complaint states a cause of action for the enforcement of the negative covenant therein referred to. Lazansky, P.J., Kapper, Carswell, Tompkins and Davis, JJ., concur.
