Adjudication filed granting injunction against defendant from violating restrictive covenants in employment contract and exceptions thereto by defendant dismissed and final decree entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 61, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, June T., 1974, No. 548. Argued March 16, 1976.
