Jason A. GILLESPIE, Petitioner, v. FLORIDA COMMISSION ON OFFENDER REVIEW, Respondent.

Jason A. Gillespie, pro se, Petitioner. Mark Hiers , Deputy General Counsel, Florida Commission on Offender Review, Tallahassee, for Respondent.

Jason A. Gillespie, pro se, Petitioner.

Mark Hiers , Deputy General Counsel, Florida Commission on Offender Review, Tallahassee, for Respondent.

Per Curiam.

As the circuit court recently issued an order to show cause why Petitioner's petition for writ of habeas corpus should not be granted, the Court denies the petition for writ of mandamus. See Munn v. Fla. Parole Comm'n, 807 So.2d 733 (Fla. 1st DCA 2002).

Kelsey, Nordby, and Long, JJ., concur.
