This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's San Diego, California, remote trial session, which is scheduled to begin September 20, 2021. On August 11, 2021, the Commissioner filed a motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution. It would be helpful for the Court to hear petitioner Patricia Giller's response to the Commissioner's motion. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that, on or before September 7, 2021, Ms. Giller shall file an objection, if any, to the above-described motion. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of the motion.
