This case is calendared for trial at the session of the Court to be conducted in person commencing on Monday January 23, 2023, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Compel Production, filed December 9, 2022, and the recitals therein concerning the present status of this case, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion, filed December 9, 2022, is granted, and petitioners, within 14 days from the date of this Order, shall produce the documents referenced in respondent's request for production, served on petitioners November 8, 2022, in the manner set forth in that document. It is further.

ORDERED that in so much of respondent's motion seeking sanctions is denied, without prejudice.

Respondent's request for sanctions may be renewed if petitioner fails or refuses to proceed in a manner consistent with this Order.
