ORDER

On November 9, 2015, the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals granted appellant an out-of-time appeal from his December 9, 2010 conviction and sentencing. The clerk's record has been filed. On January 12, 2016, we received a letter from Joseph Phillips, current official court reporter of the 265th Judicial District Court, stating that he has forwarded the information regarding the appeal to Mary Snider, who was formerly the official court reporter of the 265th Judicial District Court. We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Rick Magnis, Presiding Judge, 283rd Judicial District Court; the Honorable Jennifer Bennett, Presiding Judge, 265th Judicial District Court; Mary Snider, official court reporter, 283rd Judicial District Court; and to counsel for all parties.
