Having not received any response to this Court's Order to Show Cause dated August 27, 2002, the Court hereby grants Respondent's Motion to Dismiss or Deny Discretionary Jurisdiction, filed July 26, 2002. It is ordered that the Petition for Review is denied. See Hall v. State, 823 So.2d 757 (Fla. 2002).

No Motion for Rehearing will be entertained by the Court. See Fla.R.App.P. 9.330(d).
