This case was called and recalled from the calendar of the Court's Mobile, Alabama trial session on February 22, 2023. Counsel for petitioner appeared and made an Oral Motion for Continuance on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and did not object to petitioner's oral motion. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further
